Limits

Roofs are flat caps at the recorded height. The DEM is from 2017 and older than the building snapshot. Piers and narrow shore edges with no surveyed elevation carry the nearest land height and are flagged orange; they are placeholders, not measurements. The rectangular extent is project framing, not a planning boundary.
